Hot Tap Media are proud to be working with The Guardian Edinburgh International Television Festival. We are working to promote their training scheme The Network which will be going into its 7th year and once more aiming to create the next generation of TV talent!
The Network offers 50 people an all expenses paid experience of the television industry over 4 days, where participants will be introduced to experts in the field and given a chance to create their own versions of hit TV shows. Applicants should have passion, enthusiasm, creativity, heaps of ideas and most importantly, a love for television!
During the 4 days you will have face to face insights with creatives, the chance to receive feedback on your CV from top talent executives, and of course, a whole load of networking opportunities!
Many of the Networkers from previous years have followed the scheme with work experience and jobs made possible through the contacts that they met, so if your desire is to work in television, what are you waiting for?
An introductory event will be held in Glasgow on March 11th to give those in attendance a taste of what’s to come should they be successful. More info on this will be available shortly, but in the mean time, follow us on Twitter and like us on Facebook to keep up with our work!
If you want to get your foot in the door of the TV industry, this is the way to do it! Applications close on March 31st, find out more here.
